Waves Doubler
Waves Doubler is a four-voice doubling, imaging, and pitch-modulation plugin designed to make vocals and instruments sound bigger, wider, and fuller. It combines independent delays, detuning, modulation, feedback, and stereo panning to recreate the character of layered performances while giving you precise control over the resulting stereo image.
Each of the four voices has independent Gain, Pan, Delay, Feedback, Octave, Detune, Modulation Depth, and Rate controls. Delays can reach 100 ms, while detuning can range from -100 to +100 cents, with an additional one-octave-down option for more dramatic effects.
Doubler works equally well as a subtle vocal thickener, a stereo-width processor for mono instruments, or a creative sound-design effect. Its output shelving filters and feedback-path filtering provide additional control over the tonal character.
