Shipping policy
1. With payment of this invoice, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions stated within.
2. Title for all equipment will remain that of Professional Audio Design Inc. and will pass to Buyer upon payment in full.
3. Shipping price includes shipping, handling and insurance for full replacement cost.
4. 7 day money back guarantee/30 day warranty on used items. Shipping not included.
5. All new equipment carries the manufacturers warranty.
6. Buyer has 3 days to inspect shipment & notify seller of any damages or shortages in shipping.
7. All Used equipment subject to availability at the time of purchase, subject to prior sale until payment has been received.
8. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and are subject to authorization.
9. Seller is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to availability, manufacturing, or freight carriers.
10. Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage in shipping.
11. Seller is not responsible for any damages due to use of any product sold or represented by seller.
12. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected in accordance with state law. International buyers will be responsible for any duties, tariffs or taxes in accordance with their country's law.
13. Unpaid invoices over 30 days are subject to 1.5% (18%APR) finance charge and will be assessed monthly.
14. Any and all fees incurred in collection will be changed to the buyer.
15. Cancelled special orders are subject 20% cancellation fee, and must be with the seller's written consent.
16. Buyer will pay for all expenses incurred by seller as a result of execution of services, or delivery of goods.
