The Milab SRND 360 is a compact surround-recording system that captures multiple directions from one microphone assembly. Three rectangular condenser capsules work with a separate power and processing unit to provide six cardioid outputs spaced 60 degrees apart. These signals support surround and stereo mixes, including 5.1, 6.1 and 2.1 configurations.
