Returns and Refunds Policy

Is there a problem with your order?

Please contact us here via email:
or phone 1-877-223-8858 or through our contact form.

To process a return:

  • Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and are subject to authorization.
  • Contact us, so you receive a RA (Returning Authorization)
  • Write that number on the shipping label (not in the box itself)
  • Please return the box exactly as it was received (double boxed and with original packaging)
  • Please use a shipping method that is trackable (FedEx or UPS, for instance).

Non-returnable items:

  • Items that contact the ears or mouth (opened headphones, microphones, reeds, mouthpieces, in-ear monitors, etc), styli, control vinyl, media (books, DVDs, CDs, Software, hard drives, flash drives, master tape, etc.), tubes or bulbs, speaker components, special order items, some discontinued items, items that are specified as “final sale”, and large oversized items (freight).

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in the same condition that you received them in. If you’re returning an item in-store, remember to bring your original receipt or packing list. We reserve the right to refuse returns in extreme cases of policy abuse (examples: excessive returns, fraud, etc.). See the manufacturer website for detailed warranty information.
