Hanover, MA – Pro Audio Design (www.proaudiodesign.com) announces the hiring of industry leader John Krivit to the key position of Director of Education. In this capacity, John will helm the education division of Pro Audio Design. The announcement was made by Pro Audio Design President Dave Malekpour, who said that the newly launched division will “focus on assisting schools to develop music technology concentrations. We will offer strategic guidance on curriculums and instruction, accreditation and state licensure, faculty hiring and professional development, admissions and marketing, federal gainful employment requirements growth strategies and plans for facilities and technology that align with institutional success.”
John Krivit is a Past President of the international Audio Engineering Society (AES) and served from 2010 to 2015 as the Chair of the AES Education Committee. He is a connector of students, educators, artists and professionals. He has taught at Emerson College, Bay State College, and the New England Institute of Art and has given lectures around the world.
